About the bank charge:
If you find a charge from pixepaint.com and do not immediately recognize the name, it is very likely that you subscribed to our service through a digital advertising campaign, a landing page, or via a recommendation from a business partner. It is common for users to remember the visual ad or the offer on the registration page, but not the technical name of the software platform (PixePaint) when reviewing their bank statement.
I do not remember the subscription:
This usually happens if your registration was made through a promotional page. Remember that by entering your details, you created an account to access our graphic design and editing tools. The charge corresponds to the monthly fee for said software service.
Charge without consent:
Upon completion of the initial trial period without prior cancellation, the service automatically renews as a monthly subscription. However, you retain the freedom to cancel at any time from our website. All initial transactions are processed under the 3D Secure (3DS) security protocol, which guarantees that the cardholder expressly authorized the operation through their bank or SMS.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so:
- Log in to the client interface using the email address and password you used during registration.
- In your control panel, on the left side, click on "Subscription Plan" and in the right column "Subscription" click again on "canceled", once there follow the instructions.
- You can also cancel by clicking the "Cancel Membership" button at the top or bottom right of this page, and sending us a message with the email address you used to register.
- Another option is to send us an email at support@pixepaint.com requesting the cancellation.
In all cases, you will receive a confirmation email in English once the cancellation has been processed. After cancellation, no further charges will be made to your card.
Service operation:
When you register on one of our partner sites, you get access to a 2-day trial period for a price between 1 and 10 USD/GBP/EUR, depending on the promotion. If you do not cancel during the trial period, you will be automatically charged a monthly subscription of 44.82 USD/GBP/EUR every 30 days, until you cancel.
Charge after trial:
Once the trial period ends, your subscription automatically converts into a monthly subscription if you do not cancel it before the specified deadline.
Payment declined:
If your payment was declined, it could be due to insufficient funds, a spending limit reached, or another reason. Try using a different card or contact your bank to resolve the issue.
I forgot my email:
If you forgot the email address you used to register, contact us providing the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit or debit card, along with the cardholder's name, to help us recover your account.
I forgot my password:
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Once requested, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
I cannot access with an active subscription:
If you cannot access the website where you have an active subscription, it may be because your subscription has expired. Verify that your email address and password are correct. If the problem persists and your subscription is still active and has not expired, contact Customer Service via email.
I am not receiving emails:
Every time a registration is made, we send a confirmation email for the trial period of our service. If you do not find the email in your inbox, it is likely that it ended up in your "Spam" or "Trash" folder. It is also possible that you registered with an incorrect or misspelled email address.
Security:
Yes, all payments and transactions made on pixepaint.com are completely secure and confidential. We comply with the strictest security standards of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ensuring a secure environment validated and approved by Visa and MasterCard. Furthermore, we do not store any banking data on our servers, as required by law.
CVV Code:
The CVV code is a three or four-digit security number located on the back of your card. It is required for secure online transactions.
Conditions:
You can request a refund within 14 days of payment. The trial period fee is non-refundable. Refunds will be made only to the card used for payment. No refunds will be issued in cash, check, or bank transfer.
Timeframes:
Processing time may vary depending on your bank and could take between 48 hours and two weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot control the duration of these transactions.
